Terms

This is a translation of the Danish terms, provided for convenience. The Danish version at boligpulse.dk/vilkaar is the legally binding one.

By creating an account and using BoligPulse you accept these terms. Please read them, they are deliberately kept short.

What BoligPulse is

BoligPulse watches publicly available rental listings, compares them against the criteria you have set yourself, and tells you when something matches. BoligPulse does not send messages on your behalf, does not reply to landlords for you and does not enter into agreements for you. All contact with a landlord is made by you, from your own accounts.

Free and Full access

BoligPulse has two tiers. The free tier gives you every new rental listing in Copenhagen, with one instant alert per day; beyond that, alerts arrive with a 60-minute delay. Full access removes the delay and the limit: you get an instant alert every time, with no cap on how many.

Full access costs 59 kr a week and is purchased as a subscription through the App Store. The first week is free, and you only pay once it has passed. The subscription renews automatically every week unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the next period starts. You cancel in Settings on your iPhone (under your name → Subscriptions), not in BoligPulse. There is no lock-in and no notice period. The service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uptime, number of matches or results.

The payment itself goes to Apple, and Apple is also who handles refunds for App Store purchases, under their own terms. To request a refund, do so directly with Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you have a question we can help with along the way, message us anytime on Instagram.

Your account

You are responsible for the accounts you use to contact landlords, and for complying with those services' own terms. Some sources require that you have access to them yourself for a match to be useful to you. You can pause BoligPulse or delete your account at any time.

No guarantee of results

We do our best to find relevant homes and tell you quickly, but we cannot guarantee that you find a home. Decisions about enquiries, viewings, contracts and payment are always your own.

Limitation of liability

BoligPulse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the service, including homes you missed, landlords' actions, or errors in third-party listings. Nor are we a party to any agreement you enter into with a landlord.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will tell you before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and any disputes are heard by the courts in Copenhagen.
