Terms

Last updated 7 June 2026

This is a translation of the Danish terms, provided for convenience. The Danish version at boligpulse.dk/vilkaar is the legally binding one.

By creating an account and using BoligPulse you accept these terms. Please read them, they are deliberately kept short.

What BoligPulse is

BoligPulse watches public rental listings, compares them against your criteria, and can send a first message to landlords from your own Facebook account. You decide whether we send messages automatically, or simply alert you so you make contact yourself.

Price and refunds

BoligPulse costs 1,000 kr. It is a one-time payment for access, not a subscription, and you are never charged again. Access is granted with a personal invite code that you get after paying. The service is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime or results.

You can have all your money back without giving a reason, until the first of these two happens:

Once one of those two has happened, the purchase is final and the amount cannot be refunded. You can follow the number of messages sent in your own log in the dashboard. To ask for your money back, write to hej@boligpulse.dk, and we return the amount within 14 days to the account you paid from. You can use the service for the whole period without losing the right to a refund.

Your account and your Facebook account

Messages are sent through a small desktop app that runs locally on your computer and uses your own Messenger session. You are responsible for your Facebook account and for complying with Facebook's own terms. You can pause BoligPulse or stop entirely at any time, in one click.

No guarantee of results

We do our best to find relevant homes and write good messages, but we cannot guarantee that you find a home, or that landlords reply. Decisions about viewings, contracts and payment are always your own.

Limitation of liability

BoligPulse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the service, including homes you missed, landlords' actions, or errors in third-party listings. Nor are we a party to any agreement you enter into with a landlord.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will tell you before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and any disputes are heard by the courts in Copenhagen.
