How does the landlord know it is not a bot?
We write from your own account, in your tone, with the same rhythm as your own messages. You paste an example during onboarding, and the AI copies the way you normally write, not a stock template.
What happens if the landlord replies?
The AI answers naturally to "sure, come by Saturday". It books the viewing and sends a confirmation. When the conversation gets concrete (CPR, payslips, contract) we ping you so you take over. You can always cut in and take over manually.
Which sources do you watch?
The active Copenhagen rental groups on Facebook, where most private landlords post first. BoligPortal, Boliga and DBA are on the way. You can switch them on once we have them ready.
What about my CPR and personal details?
Encrypted server-side, deleted the moment you ask. We do not share anything with third parties. It is an entirely optional step. You can use BoligPulse without giving us a CPR number at all, you just fill in contracts yourself.
How many messages get sent from my account?
Only to listings that match your criteria, typically 5–25 first messages per week during an active stretch in Nørrebro or Frederiksberg. You see exactly which ones in your log, and you can pause the whole system with one click.
What does it cost, and when can I get a refund?
DKK 1,000, paid once. Not a subscription, so nothing gets charged again. You can get the full amount back without giving a reason, until either 30 days have passed or we have sent 250 messages for you. Once one of those happens, the purchase is final. Message us on Instagram and we will refund you.
Why do I need an invite code?
We let people in in small groups, so we do not flood the same Facebook groups with messages from ten users at once. Your code arrives with the receipt and works once. If you are missing it, write to hej@boligpulse.dk.
Why do I have to install a desktop app?
To send messages from your own Facebook account we run a small local helper on your computer. That is how we avoid needing your Facebook password. It is about 40 MB and only runs while you have it open.
